Why do people to the environment as "our" enviroment? It isn't ours. The environment can't be owned like a car. We're visitors on this planet. In our brief existence we should respect, maintain, and improve the world around us. Unfortunately, this isn't as easy as it sounds. As it stands now, we (as a society in general) misuse the precious natural resources. Salmon populations are plummeting due to pesticide exposure and habitat destruction (amongst numerous other tragedies). What this all leads to is not only the extinction of salmon, but eventually the EVICTION of mon. Within the depths of this site you'll find ample information to further the cause of mother earth.
